Features
The main castings of the VMC850 CNC milling machine are made of high-strength cast iron. After aging, sandblasting, tempering and other processes, the machine tool is stable in long-term use. The reinforcing rib of the mesh structure is distributed inside the milling machine, which ensures the high rigidity, bending resistance and vibration reduction of the foundation components. Its column structure adopts type A, which increases the section size and fully guarantees the structural rigidity and bond strength of the column.
The high-speed and high-rigidity spindle unit of the VMC850 CNCÂ milling machine is combined with the servo spindle motor. The three-axis adopts the high-torque servo motor, high-precision and high-strength ball screw, Japanese bearing and high-precision imported locking. Moreover, its X/Y/Z three-way guide rail is designed with hard guide rail, the fixed surface is processed with ultra-high frequency quenching and precision grinding, and the Y-direction guide rail is designed with four-rail, which improves the rigidity and strength of the machine tool.
